Spring is getting close and so is our next driving tour. Get your old iron ready! We’re heading to Granville, Tennessee for their first “Remembering The 30’s” event. After a scenic ride thru areas you may never have seen before, we’ll have lunch shortly after 11:00 AM in tent next to the Sutton General Store, catered by them. After lunch, there will be events and shows for just about everyone. The Genealogy Festival features the Carter family (June Carter) history as well as tips on how to search your own family history. The car show and 3:00 parade will include pre-1940 models, including some from our membership. If you bring Old Car 1940 or earlier you will receive one free lunch from Sutton Restaurant. There is even music from the Lynn Beal Jazz Band and more . Please let us know if you plan to attend by March 22 nd . The cost for lunch is $12.00. We’ll follow-up with more in our emails, including the route, as the event gets closer. P.S. The Sutton General Store has a dinner followed by their famous “Sutton Ole Time Music Hour” .
