The Great American Race

I hope this note finds everyone doing well.  I just wanted to let everyone know that as of yesterday morning it is official that the Great American Race will be stopping in Murfreesboro on June 26, 2017.  Jeff Stumb the Director of events for the race was able to be here yesterday as we met with city and county officials.  The meeting went great and everyone was excited to see this unique event come to our area.  I will keep you guys updated as I receive more information from Jeff.  Right now we will be looking for sponsors for the stop here in Murfreesboro and for the student car.  We will be responsible for feeding the 250 racers that will be participating in the event which will be a big undertaking and helping to park the race participants as they come in.  So anyone interested in helping with this event I am sure we will take all the help we can get!
