Murfreesboro, TN resident and Warren County, TN native, Myrna Carole Simons, age 70, was born October 19, 1950 and passed away December 9, 2020 at Woodbury Health and Rehabilitation in Woodbury, TN following an extended illness.
A retired accountant with Powermatic, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Bessie Hudson Rowland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Bennie Kay Moore. She was married to Harold Wayne Simons of Murfreesboro, TN on February 14, 1981.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Chad and Jennifer Glasener of Manchester, TN and Brent and Lisa Simons of Woodbury, TN; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; and sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Rodney Schlimmer of McMinnville, TN also survive.
A graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2020 at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville, TN with Jeremy Kliewer officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at High’s.
