Honk Rattle Roll & Friends,
May 11th Dine Out Night was another good picnic get-together. We had 44 attending with lots of food and conversation at Collins` Loafer`s Glory. The virus is winding down and our attendance is increasing, Thanks Be To God for solving these virus concerns.

January 14 Dine Out
Our Honk, Rattle, Roll Car Club had its first dine out on January 14, 2020 at Cheddar’s Restaurant in Murfreesboro. There were 44 in attendance. We were able to be in a private area so our exuberance did not infringe upon the other customers. It was so nice to see everyone after the holidays. We have 4 new members, Smokey and Michele Boles who are friends of Don and Jeanita Strang and members of the Stones River Car Club and Alice and Bruce Gibson who are friends of Kathy and William Warlick. They were all impressed with the friendliness of our club. Thanks to everyone who spoke to them and welcomed them. Arleen Timbs has provided the pictures below.
November 2019 Dine Out
We would like to thank all the members and their guests for supporting Honk Rattle & Roll Car Clubs’ last Dine Out Night of 2019. It was a blow out and everyone enjoyed the great food and fellowship. There was a grand total of 51 members attending. Several were moving from table to table visiting with others, catching up on their latest projects.
Looking forward to seeing more members attend our Dine Out Nights, A New Year is around the corner and new places to eat. If you have any suggestions for places to eat that can handle 50+ please forward. Stay tuned for HRR Activity schedule for 2020 coming out soon.
September Dine Out Recap
We want to thank everyone for attending the September 17th Dine Out Night this past Tuesday. There were 42 members attending , plus 2 new members joined with their paperwork. The weather was great to break out the classic cars and trucks to show them off at Sonic. Being able to sit and walk around outside and look at new – old classics was great. The Sonic management / owner was gracious and ready when we arrived, he came out to check on the members several times to see if anyone needed anything. Please support the establishments that give us good food and service. Thanks again for attending.
July Dine-Out
We had another wonderful turn out for Dine Out Night at Don Ramon’s, with a total of 46 members and guests. There was
plenty of room for members to move about allowing them to catch up on the latest news. The food, service, and fellowship
was outstanding. We would like to thank everyone for their continued support. Without each and every one of your
attendances and inviting new members to enjoy our Honk Rattle and Roll fellowship outings, we as a Car Club,
would not be able to continue to grow. Looking forward to more laughs, new friendships, and new dine out adventures in the future! Next Dine Out Night will be held September 17th more detail to follow.
May Dine Out Pictures
We want to thank the HRR Members who attended last night’s dine out at FRESKO Grilled Sandwich and Ice Cream shop. We traveled to Venezuela and Mexico for our international cuisine travels. If you missed May’s dine out, stop by Fresko Grilled Sandwich shop at 132 St. Andrews Drive., STE. C in Murfreesboro, TN. It is family owned and the service, atmosphere and music was outstanding and enjoyable.
We had 45 members in attendance and there were several of the “Old Iron” cars and trucks that participated too. There was a lot of conversations going on about numerous topics including member’s car projects, future Dine Outs, and some ragging of Rick Jones on where the next Driving tour was, and welcoming our Honk Rattle and Roll newest club member Caitlyn Dahlenburg Granddaughter of HRR members Fred & Camille Dahlenburg with her own pick up truck !
